Student Travel Fund Request Form
MD-PhD students are eligible for up to $750.00 per fiscal year that can be applied towards educational travel. In order to receive these funds you must first submit a funding request using the link below. You will get an email confirmation when your request has been approved. If you submit a request and don’t hear back within 5 business days please reach out to Blair (blawson@ufl.edu) directly. Travel funds are subject to approval by the MDPHD directors. Once your travel has been approved you will be connected with Jonny White who will assist you with travel arrangements and reimbursements
