The UF Medical Scientist Training Program directorate reports directly to the dean of the UF College of Medicine, who in turn reports to the senior vice president for Health Affairs and president of the UF Health Science Center.
The directorate’s office consists of the multiple principal investigators and an administrative specialist. Program activities are carried out by the Office of Biomedical Research Career Development (OBRCD). The program coordinators carry out the day-to-day operations of the program. A faculty-level evaluator, a data manager, and one to two representatives from the scholar council round out the directorate.
